Eric Hogan.jpg

Pints 4 Pink was founded by Eric Hanson, a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, and a male breast cancer survivor, who has always enjoyed sharing a pint with friends and family. Initially, the idea was to have a single event at the Dillinger Brewery, but quickly word got out and additional breweries in Arizona and Michigan pledged their support. In total, during the first year, 9 breweries pooled together close to $4,000 to support breast cancer research.

The founders of the Pints 4 Pink Foundation envision a country-wide footprint, with specific representatives assigned for individual areas, as needed. This year, they feel comfortable that breweries in Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, and possibly a few in New England, who have expressed an interest in supporting Pints 4 Pink, will be pouring pints to support the foundation.
